Due to the custom nature of photography and printed artwork, we cannot accept returns or exchanges unless the item you receive is damaged or defective. Exceptions may be made at the discretion of the business. If an exception is granted and a refund is issued, it will be processed minus any payment processing fees. This includes session fees, which may be refunded in part or in full at the discretion of the business. Refunds, if granted, will always be processed minus any payment processing fees.
Defective or Damaged Products
Orders undergo a detailed inspection first by our lab and then again in-studio before they are delivered to the client. If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at team@photographybystudio21.com within one day of receipt. Please include photos of the damage. We will work with you to arrange a replacement. Refunds, if granted, will be processed minus any payment processing fees.
